The International Community of Women Living with HIV Asia Pacific (ICWAP) is a regional network by and for women living with HIV registered in Thailand.
ICWAP envisions a WORLD where all women living with HIV live their lives free of gender oppression, realizing and claiming our full rights inclusive of sexual, reproductive, legal, economic and health rights.
To be able to reaching our dream above, ICWAP is looking for exciting and energetic leaders from different background to involve and contribute to our advocacy work in the region. This is volunteer basis work and may require 1-2 hours in monthly basis to join the virtual meeting to have a strategic discussion about advocacy agenda in the region.
Volunteers should have ideas on innovative advocacy , movement building and campaigning to support ICWAP and its work. The Advocacy member will involve on an external communication, policy advocacy, visibility, media management, advocacy for HIV treatment, care, retention, as well as addressing issues such as Mental health, violence against women, SRHR, women’s health and Human Rights in the region and in country.
This call is specifically only for self-identifying girls and women living with HIV from diverse communities. We will provide experience letter to members and may get opportunity to involve in potential workshop and trainings whereas possible.
